investment: The apartment has been rented since 1986 by the same
lady tenant. Due to the age and health condition, the tenant is under
council supervision who takes care of her personal affairs and
ensures prompt the payment of rent. Inside Viewing: Inside viewings must be
arranged with the care person / custodian of the tenant from the local city
council (which complicated arrangements quite a bit). On the side, you have a
