Year of Construction: 1908; renovation 1990 & 1996 Inside Viewing: difficult upon short notice (realistically not possible) - please visit from outside. Floorplan: Apt N° 10 and 11 have a very convenient layout, both with balcony. Heating: Gas Central Heating Community Charges: Apt N° 10 = 205€ incl. heating & water etc, and Apt N° 188€. Due to low community charges, there is no contribution towards maintenance / reserve fund. Floors: original "Dielen" hardwood board floor in rooms; tiles in bathroom. Condition: minor renovation is necessary (especially walls, painting). It can be done economically or you can do luxury, depending on your taste. I would expect that 2000-5000€ should be OK. We can arrangement renovation for you upon your request. Due to the very low price, preference is given to buyers who decide without lenghty inspection visits. Deposit is needed.
